1. What types of eBikes do you sell?

We offer a carefully selected range of high-quality electric bikes for commuting, city riding, and off-road adventures. All of our eBikes are built with performance, comfort, and durability in mind.

2. Are your eBikes street legal?

Yes, most of our eBikes comply with U.S. federal regulations and are classified as Class 1, 2, or 3. However, always check your local laws and helmet requirements.

3. How far can your eBikes go on a single charge?

Range varies by model, but most of our bikes offer between 25 to 60+ miles per charge depending on terrain, rider weight, and assist level.

4. Do the bikes come pre-assembled?

Our eBikes arrive 85%–90% pre-assembled. Basic tools and instructions are included for easy final assembly. No advanced skills required!


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

7. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes at this time.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways offered at checkout.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at support@tumiride.store or call (575) 943-5823. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

10. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

11. How do I start a return?

Email us at support@tumiride.store with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. We’ll send return instructions.

12. Do your eBikes come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our eBikes come with a manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically covering the frame and electronics). Warranty details are listed on individual product pages.

📦 TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

14. Where is my tracking number?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

15. My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@tumiride.store so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
